Great service! They’re always super thorough with the car service and transparent about major and minor issues. Never pushy about getting extra things fixed and upfront about all costs prior and during the service. Tops team at Resi!
Ask me to book an appointment and I dropped the car for a day, told me nothing be done. Just say part not delivered and unsure when will come. Lack of communication and bad attitude
Service was good, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Recommended works needed were thorough and fair. Although one of the recommendations was to have my headlamps polished. I have seen the difference this can make to appearance on my wife's old car a couple of years ago on which the fogging was much worse and the results were far superior. Awesome place. I’d highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality local mechanic. The inspections are thorough, they give good advice and I never feel like I’ve been ripped off.
The boys at mycar tyre & auto Reservoir were fantastic, took my car in for a service, they rang me to say a couple of minor things needed doing (which I knew needed doing) gave them the go ahead, picked my car up after work. Runs like a dream. Highly recommended
