Avoid My Car Redbank Plaza. This was one of the most disorganised and frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. I booked my car in over the phone on 12 March, provided all required details, and was given a confirmed booking for 21 March. When I arrived to drop the car off, there were already multiple customers waiting outside because no staff had opened the store on time.
