Extremely happy with the friendly service & very professional
I had my car serviced at MyCar Pimpama on the 20th of March, and the experience was extremely disappointing. During the service, they broke the air filter box and added it to the list of things to fix. When I raised my concerns, the manager outright dismissed them, claiming his team couldn’t have caused the damage and stating they’ve been working with him for 20 years.
