I was a bit disappointed with my recent experience. I removed and reinstalled the tire myself, but I was still charged the full price. When I made the booking, the staff mentioned that labor was included, yet when I came to pick up the tire, I was informed there would be an extra $40 labor charge because they are busy at the moment. I hope this can be reviewed, as it feels a bit unfair.
