Mycar was able to fit me in same day to address a dragging plastic barrier on the bottom of my car and removed it free of charge.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this needs to be shared. I recently had my car serviced here, and within a week of the service I experienced a leak in the power steering oil hose and had to return for an emergency repair. I was then advised to replace the steering pump, which I agreed to and paid for in full. Unfortunately, I’ve now been informed by a roadworthy inspector that the newly replaced steering pump is still leaking. Shaun from mycar helped fit and repair a punctured tyre of mine within minutes. I dropped it off the day prior and was on a busy/tight schedule to pick it up the following day. Shaun had it on in less than 15 minutes. Thank you for such friendly, generous and fast service Highly recommended!
Shaun and James are absolutely the best. I have had nothing but issues with 4 cars and they have been so accomodating to be able to fit the repairs in at last minute. They don’t charge more than quoted and get the job done quickly but thoroughly. I honestly will never take my car anywhere else again while the great service continues. Highly recommend My Car
