I had a very disappointing experience at MyCar Mt Ommaney. I dropped off my BYD for a service this morning (12 Feb 2026) with 23% battery (123 km range). I clearly mentioned that they may charge the car if needed, but NOT to apply any hefty charging fees. The staff member didn’t say anything at the time. When I returned to collect my car, I was shocked to see a $156 charge for “charging” — and the battery was only at 26% (133 km). So they charged me $156 for just 3% battery increase.
