Took my car in for tyre repair. Very friendly staff and super efficient. Will definitely be going again if I need to.
Found a nail in my tyre doing the usual service and tyre rotation. Called Mycar Tyre & Auto to find a quiet part of day on Saturday to bring it in. Picked it up a couple of hours later and I’m now back on the road. Well done guys.
Terrible experience! Very poor communications, did not listen to my concerns or ring me as agreed. Charged well over $100 to unplug a small easily accessible drain which i could have done in ten minutes. They did not look into the problem I had asked them to assess. Went back to have them assess that problem and was told I would have to pay again for that. I accurately identified the problem and they told me it would be at least $600 to repair. Exceptionally helpful and friendly service. I was sold a dud product from a business down the road and the young bloke from mycar fixed the problem while I waited. These guys know what they're doing - I absolutely recommend this business!
Service my BMW here, great expert team and brilliant customer service. Had an issue with left brake light it was diagnosed and fixed efficiently and quickly -- the best in the business in my view, highly recommended.
