I have been using My Car to service my Colorado 7 for a few years now. They are brilliant, what needs fixing is done at a reasonable price, and never has to go back for same thing. To be honest it’s a shame you have to leave a star. Customer service was rude and condescending. Paying with hard earned money for half a job and being made to feel like a child. As a working mum of three I don’t have the time or the effort for my car Morayfield will take our cars any where else from now on.
Amazing service, car battery died whilst at the shops. They diagnosed and fixed the issue easily and efficiently.
Took mine and my husbands cars in for a service and strongly suggest going elsewhere, over priced and rude. Had a squeaking noise coming from back tyres, suggested it was hand brake, was told no wheel bearings, took elsewhere and yes it was the hand brake. Customer service was horrible. Complained that I double booked….. How do I know I did this…. I booked online….. felt as though they could care less just give them money and go.
