Dodgy! Took my car there for 4 new tires, came back scratched on the panel and muffler. Staff acknowledged their fault however said that it has to go through customer care. Customer care absolved themself saying it wasn’t done in their shop, never requested photos or evidence. I complained to the staff at the store and still waiting on the manager to phone me. It’s been 2 weeks. Places like this won’t stay in business if this is how they handle their mistakes
Team always eager to help. I was an unscheduled urgent “walk-in” for a brakes issue and, although they were busy, they got my job done on a Saturday. LEGENDS!!! They have rescued me more than once… AMAZING TEAM!!!
Took my car in for a wheel alignment and a service and never been happier they fixed my issues that I had and made sure my car was topped up ready to be driving kind distances for the next few weeks. Never had better service and customer service from these guys thank you for not taking me for granted for being young and female and doing an amazing job. I will be back for sure! Definitely would recommend
Shocking experience at this branch. Very frosty and unwelcoming staff met us when we took my daughter’s car in to have a full set of new tyres fitted. We were upsold a wheel alignment which was fine. We were told it would be up to 2 hours and we left to go and wait in the nearby shopping centre. We were told we would be called when it was ready. Thank you Emily and team for fitting me in at short notice. My car started shaking badly on the way up to Morayfield but they fitted it with new tyres in no time and now the shakes are gone!
