Today I went to get a flat tire fixed and they wouldn't see me because it was 5 pm and they were closing at 5:30. And worst of all, they wanted to give me an appointment for two days later. Very unprofessional. I will never go to this company again
I cannot thank Matt enough for potentially saving my life after he noted my old tires were cracking and replaced them with these these Kumo tires. Please consider Mycar, the added extras go far and beyond alot of places in Mildura and I will certainly be returning for my free tire rotations. Thanks to the whole team at MyCar. On 24/03/2025 had a service done for brake, transmission and radiator fluids. All completed with no fuss and great communication. Thanks again to Mat and the team! This is my second review, I accidentally deleted my previous one. The first review 25/02/2025 was about how my 2003 VY SS Commodore was rough idling and fixed by installing a new pcv breather hose kit. Excellent 5 star rating service!
