Booked in for tyres but got postponed from Friday to Monday. I was told 60-90min. Turned up at 90min and they went and got my car then to start. Asked the girl how long, she told me she didn't know, asked if she could find out, got told yeah in a minute. She eventually went to the workshop but didn't come back. Asked another guy, he went to the workshop then left the premise. Asked a third person and was told they were trying to push it through. Meanwhile my chicken and milk and shopping is sitting in the trolley. Poor servi... read more
