The guys at mycar were really awesome. They fixed my puncture repair on the spot. When I asked how much? They said there was no charge. I was surprised after the experience I had near canelands before hand they said they couldn’t fix it because the tyre was too perished. They tried to sell me 4 tyres as well. In the end, I’m glad I went to mycar and got the problem sorted. I will definitely be going back and recommending them to other people.
When visiting mycar Mount Pleasant on two occasions this week regarding the defective lever for my fuel cap, Darrell was efficient, helpful, friendly and professional. The problem was rectified. Thanks, Darrell; it was a pleasure to meet you and be served by you.
Terrible service, i asked them to please checked why my engine light was on and when they gave me the car back, they just said that it was because of some loose cables and that it was already off. Of course they just reseted the battery and they light came back on when i was already on the road a few hours later. You can never talk to the mechanic and you just have to accept the two words about what had been made to yoyr car from the lady at the reception counter. Absolutely great customer service, very honest with the work, professionally explained every detail with what needed to be done to my vehicle, and expressed the same professionalism when I went I went to pick up my car, very happy with the service provided, would definitely recommend
Car tyre went dead flat in the parking lot at mt pleasant shopping centre. The guy at the counter was an absolute legend and come over with a jack and rattle gun and changed my tyre for me and sourced me another one to pick up on Monday. Absolute legend
