I'd like to smoke what Erin (CSA who answered my call) smokes. Absolutely no clue on their own terms/conditions. I called them because I had my tyres replaced (incl. $89 wheel alignment) about 7 months ago - and today my safety check was failed because tyres were bald from the inside due to wheel misalingment. I asked for a warranty claim (12-month road-hazard warranty) as wheel alignment wasn't done properly and she said because I didn't bring the car in at about 6-month mark routine inspection, I cannot claim this.
