I've been a customer of this branch since 2009 it was K-Mart Tyre and Auto. I will first say the last couple of years there HAD been a small decline in feedback and customer service BUT my last interaction, in particular with the assistant manager of the store JOSH, has been TOP SHELF. I have gone from someone who was considering finding a new business to take my car to, completely 180 degree turnaround to someone who is back to being a MyCar customer. Fantastic service from the team at My Car Auto in Kellyville. They fitted us in at the last minute on a Saturday arvo, which was a huge help. They recommended the right tyres and took care of the alignment and balancing as well. Great customer service from start to finish, and the job was completed quickly and professionally.
