Booked in for tyre rotation + wheel alignment. Staff said my tyres were “illegal” to rotate due to wear — but still did a wheel alignment on them and took my money. Why align tyres that are about to be thrown out? This is either negligence or a cash grab. It’s unprofessional and shows zero concern for the customer. Strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this shop
