Always good service here and here's another example. Booked my car in to have a rough idle and engine light on looked at, probably spark plug related. They didn't read the request at first and went ahead and did their regular service (not logbook service). Then realised that wasn't what I wanted. Charged me for changing the plugs but not for the service - great result! Thanks!
