Awesome service! , no one else willing to help with a flat tire late Saturday afternoon after boxing day & everywhere else closed. Your guy went above & beyond to help me get sorted & back on the road in no time! An absolute credit to the business, Cheers.
Was booked in for tyres on Saturday as we were travelling away for Christmas and needed new tyres. On Friday morning I get a call to say they don’t have 4 tyres so can’t get them. It gave me no time to get them anywhere else either. Extremely poor service in my opinion. At a different mycar shop about a year ago I had underrated tyres put on which can void your insurance. I thought I’d give mycar another chance but unfortunately have been let down again. I will never use mycar again.
Just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Greg and the boys at MyCar Hervey Bay. Unfortunately, we needed a tyre repair today and they got us straight in without any hesitation — especially being so close to Christmas. It truly made our day. Thank you for the fantastic service, and we hope you all have a wonderful Christmas!
