They gave me a wrong collection time. Took car str8 home, drove it out from garage to find my wheel rims ripped to shreds. Gee thanks for that mycar....remember its the customers car, not yours!! Take respect when u parking it or driving it....pay enough over $2000 to your company....to have how much of worth damage to my tyres? Cheers.....it was clearly done after u put new treds on, so whoever drove it back out of shed was responsible!
MyCar at Castle Hill NSW - WARNING: These guys can't be trusted ! They are unscrupulous (immoral and dishonest) and their actions are downright unethical and boarding criminal. Do NOT go there for a Pink slip / Registration check. They will entrap you and hold your registration for ransom by creating non-existent service requirements that will cost you $$$ hundreds to $,$$$ thousands of dollars. Disappointed After Years of Loyalty – MyCar Sunnybank Hills I’ve been a loyal customer of MyCar Sunnybank Hills for over 8 years, having all my car servicing and maintenance done through them, including my most recent visit where I had all four tyres replaced. I had my transmission rebuilt by mycar at a cost of $2400+ only to have it fail before Xmas. It then took mycar at Rosanna 4 days to get it towed back. Next day they said it was fixed, said it was an electrical problem. I drove it less than 5km up the road and it failed again. It then took a further two days to tow it to Airport West mycar (I no longer trusted Rosanna mycar) as I have used them a lot in the past and Christian and his team are fantastic.
