I just got ripped off by your auto mechanic they put in a new starter motor and charged me for a genuine part which cost me $750 when I just had it looked at by another mechanic and said it's not a genuine part and that you can get them at Repco for $250 and to put them in should only be $350 and today just got ripped of for a suspicious oil leak that doesn't even exist and cost me $100 out of pocket for nothing I advise nobody to use mycar because they just rip you off
I am grateful no one was harmed. I returned multiple times before obtaining an independent report confirming brake failure. The regional manager made promises but delayed resolution, eventually citing time lapse as an issue. I emphasise with you all couldn't even rate them 3 my car providers we used caused more problems and customer care was shocking ignored damages. My daughter was left high and dry on her holiday had pay extra for accommodation purchased parts a long the way. So far over $4000 out of pocket. Was shocked to find nearly $4000 of work required on my car after constantly getting serviced and providing approvals for all work. The drive belt nearly fell off and the brakes were metal on metal. It is wrong that I had to pay for all of these repairs given the issues with the particular service Centre were well known. Head office was all promises .
Did contract work for them. Been chasing money for over 12 months and just ignored. This business is a legitimate scam and are dishonest. DO NOT USE!
