After 3,000 km of rattling, I thought my Jimny was just developing a personality. Turns out I’d been carrying half the Outback in my bash plate. These legends freed my travelling rock collection, didn’t try to upsell me "proper" 4WD tyres and sent me off without judgement. Honest, hilarious, and the kind of mechanics that restore your faith in humanity (and your suspension).
Amazing service- went in to get my battery checked. It needed to be replaced but they didn’t have any in stock. Luckily autobarn next door had one and the guys at My Car fitted it for free.

Customer service was alright and friendly, however the mechanics working on my car overfilled and underfilled some fluids. (Underfilling was fine as its just above the low line. But I still would have liked it to be topped up considering the $315 service fee. As for the overfilling, it's just bad and puts unnecessary pressure which can cause damage over time).
