I can’t speak highly enough of myCar Tyre and Auto and the guys at the Hastings and Frankston stores. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. These guys saved the day a few minutes to close of business on a Friday after I had an unexpected tyre blowout. Hastings were unable to repair it as it was in the side wall and since they were out of stock of my replacement tyre they immediately got on the phone and organised to get me in at the nearest store in a neighbouring suburb. Great service. Really easy to book in the service online, great information provided before the service so I knew what to expect and what to do on the day. On the day the team were great, the shop is absolutely spotless and really obvious the team really care about their workplace and the cars. The team were excellent, very clear and concise in the information provided, really fast to act, and fixed up my car beautifully.
