I took my car to mycar after hearing a grinding noise from my car. They had some troubles getting in the correct parts for my car. After all that they ended up not replacing the part and machining it instead which I didnt agree to. The noise was unfortunately still there and the car is sitting in the dealership awaiting a new diff. Phil was great to talk to but would of being better to have clearer communication.
Amazing service. Fixed my tyre immediately with kind staff. Always recommend.
Phil was friendly and professional. He explained what was needed and quoted before going ahead. Really appreciate this head up so there was no nasty surprise on pick up. Will be back!
