Long time customer through 2 states, and different branches I have lived near. Have been getting my tyres and servicing at lake haven now for some years , spread over 3 cars and 1 trailer. Never an issue with price,quality of work etc but they have fallen over at the last hurdle twice now in recent services with 2 different cars. They have failed to call or txt me today to tell me the car is ready and so I’m hanging around the shops waiting ,waiting .after nearly 2 1/2 hours I drop in and yes it’s ready.
