My experience today at My Car Edmondson Park, was amazing, best part of my experience was the two boys Richard an BJ, their customer service an attention to detail with my car an what needed fixing was just the best, they even showed me the brand new part the put in my car, an also the old part they replaced, Right there I knew my car was properly fixed, well done boys at My Car Edmondson Park 👍💯
Bj and his team were so helpful even though I poorly managed my time and gave them a late notice they fit me in knowing I needed it done and waived the tyre puncture fee for a good review. That’s good customer service and definitely got my customer satisfaction
Highly recommended very informative and helpful. Very professional and kept me updated how the car was going as it needed a part. We have been with mycar for while and will Keep coming back. All staff are welcoming and friendly. Great job again.
