I had a fantastic experience with mycar Tyre & Auto Cranbourne after a really frustrating ordeal elsewhere. My car had suddenly stopped steering, so I initially took it to Mazda Frankston. They misdiagnosed the issue and told me it was an engine mount causing the steering problem. I trusted their assessment, not being knowledgeable about cars, but just 15 minutes after picking it up, the steering failed again and I had to have it towed back – completely undrivable. Called in unexpectedly for trolley tyres pump up. The guys there were great really helpful. No charge was very kind. Thank you I will be getting my next service here for sure.
Great service and workmanship
Rang on day of service at 4:45pm enquiring if the car would be ready to be picked up, told it will be ready at 5:30, upon arriving could see the car is still on the hoists, no tires. Craig who I assume is the manager, tells us just been one of those days, tells us how cold it is 3 times and how they’re struggling to get motivated… Slowly gets to 5:45 and we’re told give us another 20 minutes atleast, maybe half an hour.
