Took our car to buy two new tyres, and a wheel alignment for peace of mind, drove perfectly before (except for needing new front tyres) bought two very expensive tyres (back tyres were only new recently). Got car back and it vibrated like crazy. Had the greatest experience with Richard at My Car Coomera this afternoon. Have had an ongoing issue with my car that many other places couldn’t fix, the guys at my car managed to get it all done swiftly with incredible customer service. Overall a great experience and will be back! Thank you guys!
Do NOT trust your vehicle to mycar and in particular this store. Booked in for normal service with no issues happening to car. They even said no issues when picked it up. Drove it 3klm and it started hissing and smoking. The idiots had broken the radiator cap. Coolant everywhere all through the engine and everything and the car overheating. Since then nothing but problems and they refuse to fix it and honour it was their fault. They did some of the repairs and now won’t warrant their guarantee either.
