Very happy with overall service. I used to service from Mazda but it wasn’t worth good value for money, their main target is to take more from you. Then I tried mycar in Charmside and I am really impressed. Great customer service and very reasonable price, they even fit a battery within 30 min on a busy Saturday when I didn’t book as it was an emergency.

I booked my two new tyres for my Hyundai Kona through a shopback app for the very next morning. I rang the store to double check they received the booking and it was fine to do this on such short notice. From this first phone encounter all the way through to collecting my car after the tyres were replaced, they were nothing but friendly, helpful and welcoming. Will absolutely be going back for all future work!
