I dropped my car off for service at Mycar West Perth. I only passed the key to them and the receptionist parked my car. After a couple of hours, they called me that their delivery truck hit my parked car and my car has been damaged. When I went there to pick it up, they only gave me the driver phone number to deal with. I took my car to West Perth on 17th February for a quote for a new battery @nd brake check. Was told an email would be sent that afternoon or next day. I called on Friday21st They checked email address and phone number and was told the email would be sent when the boss came in. Now Monday 24th and no quote. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT
