I went to mycar Wallsend for a tyre change in August, and my experience was excellent! Manager Mark and mechanic Ethan were incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. I’ve heard (and personally had) some bad experiences at mycar Waratah long time ago, but this visit completely changed my mind on mycar brand. Great friendly service. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Looked at the problem I stated and called back to confirm and a quote was done very fast with everything explained. Fixed few hours later. Same day fixed. Very impressed with how fast it was fixed. Would recommend to anyone who needs their car serviced.
Can’t thank Mark and Mick for quickly seeing us while we were heading up north on a holiday, patching the issue and referring us on to a mechanic nearby to our holiday location to fix the issue.
