THANKYOU to the Amazing Team at Wallsend. My husband went there today with a nail In the tyre, they fixed it promptly. You guys are amazing for looking after us. We cannot thank you Enough. By far the worst tyre mechanical shop in Newcastle poorly trained stuff , have absolutely no idea how to communicate, avoid them , like the plague!!
One very happy customer here. I had to arrange a tow to the nearest mechanic when it appeared my alternator had failed. I rang Mycar Tyre and Auto Wallsend and from my first contact, they were so helpful and friendly. Once they had checked the car over, I was given a quote and they said they would do their best to get it done by tomorrow, but I got a call this afternoon to say the job was done. Thanks Mark and the team for the great service. I will be back when my next car service is due.
