I have always received excellent service and communication from staff here. Aiden, particularly, has been very patient and helpful and explains in detail what the issues are. Despite the high level of care, they frequently refuse to take payment for various urgent issues I have dropped in with unannounced! I recommend them highly
The staff went out of their way to rectify an issue when the wrong size tyres were ordered. Correct size collected from another store with no fuss. Super happy with service and would recommend.
I cannot thank older man that I did not know his name at My Car Wahroonga enough for his outstanding customer care. Two weeks ago, when my car wouldn't start, I thought the battery had problem and I wanted to change the new one. However, when I came to Mycar and told the older man the problem, he went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and he said the battery was okay.
