So I'm a complete novice when it comes to cars, I've had my car for less then a year and had the unfortunet first time encounter of a screw puncture, literally the night before I had to take my daughter in for a medical appointment at the hospital. Tyson provided an amazing service and quick
I moved house and changed from MyCar Braddon to MyCar Phillip, and was really disappointed. Really disappointed by the Phillip experience and simply don't trust MyCar Phillip. The Phillip store was advising repairing things that didn't need repair. Really have no confidence in Phillip MyCar's integrity.
Picked up a puncture coming out of work (after hours) and pulled into the servo to check it out. Tyson from myCar (prob on his way home) came over immediately and offered to fix it for me for free. Fixed the puncture for me good as new and wouldn’t accept anything for it…..absolute legend, got me out of a spot and I couldnt be more grateful.
