I brought my car in for a routine service and safety check as it's my local mechanic. I got a call a few hours after dropping my car off saying that my front lower control arms were completely cracked and that they wouldn't pass my safety check if I didn't get them fixed. They quoted the job to be $910 plus another $89 for a wheel alignment that needed to be done too. Read the low rating reviews. These are legit. Don't trust the fake 5 star ones. Got charged $2000 like the others and felt the car was was worse than before. Almost like they did nothing. Went back asking if they could look and was told nothing was wrong. Later got told by another repair shop there were issues that needed fixing. Rumour is the pennant hill mycar oversell things you don't need done and doesn't do it. Avoid this place at all costs.
