I brought my car in with a sidewall-damaged tire (which is a known serious safety risk). I clearly told the staff that the damaged tire had been rotated to the rear and must be replaced. They explained all the dangers when I showed it to them and then replaced the two front tires instead — leaving the damaged tire still on the car. If a workshop can’t properly follow instructions or identify and replace a visibly unsafe tire — after being explicitly told about it — how can I trust them with something as basic as an oil chang... read more
