I have always had a great experience at mycar Tyre and Auto Duncraig. I am especially grateful for John pointing out to me that as I had purchased my tyres there and within a certain time frame, that the puncture repair I went in for was no additional charge. I appreciate that he was on-the-ball with that, and brought it to my attention.
After being alerted by another driver that 2 of my brake lights were out I stopped in at MyCar Duncraig to organise their replacement. The mechanic replaced them both on the spot for me. With a busy afternoon ahead with after school activities, kids in tow I was really appreciative for the help! I highly recommend them, excellent customer service and super friendly staff.
Great service, the staff were polite and helpful. I dropped my car early and they did the job well and as fast as they could to make it easier for me. Highly recommend.
