Definitely Not family friendly especially a mechanic by the name Wayne was rude and disrespectful a number of times I have been there to me as well as other customers Not polite or helpful at all From Smoking in the Workshop and also Smoking outside of roller doors Ow did I mention it's in a Service station as well I expect better from Mycar as it is a poor reflection and experience.

Always 5 star service, however recently something has changed. Previously always serviced and did what was needed and would give detailed information, such as tyres have about 6000km left, etc. Recent service, got a call for two extra items, 4 tyres and a battery, I declined and sort second opinion and pricing just in case, battery - told not needed and current one is not due for replacement and passes battery test.
