Great customer service, explained all the issues with the car and helpful with future suggestions. Tried to help with service timings ready for school pickups etc
Solo women with not a lot of car knowledge, with older European cars and who walk in without booking and intending to make one, go elsewhere, unless you want a hostile and aggressive experience that you yourself will need to work hard to de-escalate whilst advocating for yourself.
