Jack and his team are absolute super stars - excellent knowledge and customer service. Super accommodating to my requests and made everything so smooth and easy. I chose mycar Braddon based on the positive Google reviews. I'd absolutely back them and will be back.
When they realised a team member was off sick, they arranged another mechanic from a different MyCar garage to come over and do the work. The team went over and above, were super lovely, and got the job done. I am v grateful :).
We pulled in to My Car Braddon last Saturday after our low oil light came on. After only waiting a few minutes, one of the mechanics had checked out which oil we needed, filled us up and had us on our way again. We were very impressed with the service we received.
They fixed my tire within 10 minutes and were really nice. Thanks!
