So my car was serviced and a few weeks later wanted to top up my water dispenser for the windshield and the cap is missing. The receptionist didnt take responsibility for the missing cap but rather made me bear the cost to replace. my car had 3 issues which were not resolved by their staff and was asked to rake my car to the vw dealership. whats the purpose of your centre if you cant fix issues with cars. Sorry but you have lost a customer seeing you didnt own up when you made a mistake
