Michael (the manager) was awesome! He actually listened to what I was saying and made the whole process easy. Really appreciate the great service.
Please be advised not to rely on this location if you require urgent tyre repairs. I discovered a puncture in my tyre and arrived at the store more than an hour before its closing time. The only response I received was that the staff were leaving for the day and would not be available the following morning either. No further explanation or courtesy was extended. Disappointing Experience Due to Incompetent and Aggressive Staff The initial service I received was prompt and effective—the team knew what they were doing and fixed my issue quickly. However, the entire experience was ruined by one of their employees as I was trying to leave. A worker, who seemed to believe he owned the entire lot, was shouting and swearing from another customer's car he was attempting to drive into the garage. They Won't fit parts i bought,for roadworthy Even though they serviced car for 5 years.
I went into mycar to get my air-conditioning re gased and had a talk to one of the amazing staff who were able to answer all my questions and I was able to get straight in and get the repairs started and the amazing team were able to get it done pretty quick, so overall very happy with the experience I had with mycar would definitely recommend
