The two guys working today at MyCar were excellent. I came in with a flat tyre and they were friendly, helpful, and got everything sorted quickly. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and made the whole process stress-free. Really appreciate their kindness and great service. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone needing car help.
Very poor and unsafe service. They changed all four brakes but left a wheel improperly secured — extremely dangerous. Now the brakes make a loud, high-pitched noise, and customer service only told me to go back to the same mechanic, even though I’ve moved to Sydney. Avoid this place

Regular here but recently have hers a lot about un happy mechanics while still a customer really didn't make me confident . And then recently went to put my vehicles in and rang to book only to be connected to hervey bay my car telling me they can't book me in nor help me ??? They just answer the phone because all staff apparently at my car Bundaberg had a sticky ...his words .. just lost a customer ..
Husband Cliff was very happy with how Simon was helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend anyone to take it to them . We will be taking our car there in the future for any service and repairs. Very happy Customer
