Broadmeadows. I didn’t have a booking, and when I arrived, I didn’t see anyone at the front desk or in the garage. However, when I called the call center, the girl on the phone was extremely helpful and did her best to get someone to assist me. After she called, someone came down quickly, took my details and car key, and assured me they’d take care of everything.
