Spending almost $1.2k on a service at MyCar Broadbeach was an absolute disaster. Just minutes after leaving the workshop, my car completely broke down, something that had never happened in over three years of ownership. The vehicle shut down entirely and lost battery power, leaving me stranded and helpless. This happened on an extremely busy day when I had important work commitments, causing me to miss a full day of work and lose valuable income.
