I attended My Car in Baldivis to have a 100K service on a Mazda CX-5 today and the quality of our experience was fantastic, the store manager William was so attentive from the moment I walked in and his knowledge of his field was superb. The pricing was extremely good value and the whole process was clearly explained to us, including what remedial works needed to take place. Amazing. Best service I've had for my car since I've had it and i have had it for 10 years now. Lovely and friendly team. Explained everything and was very understanding and helpful will be coming back for any more repairs on my car.
My daughter’s car broke down and got towed to my car Baldivis on Wednesday. I called on Friday to see what the issues were and got told basically that they were too busy to look or even do a diagnostic test till the following Tuesday then got told we all have problems and the phone was put down on me. When I arrived to collect the keys to take it to a more professional car repairer he wouldn’t even face me and chose to avoid talking to me.
