Have always done a great job in the past and generally very helpful if you just pop in with a problem. Also, a great location, especially if you want to wait, lots os shopping and Cafes at hand.

Awful customer service experience!! My car was booked for service on the 4th of Oct at 9:30am. So I got there and there was a Kiwi guy in his 40s, with curly hair and a few Tatoos on his arms standing behind the desk and busy in the computer. After nearly 2 minutes, he finally acknowledged me "Yeah, what is it?" He said. I then explained that I had my car booked for service at 9:30am.
