Really happy with these guys! Just bought a car that needed some work done - service and new tires. They got it all sorted quickly and kept me in the loop. Big shoutout to William for the great communication. Would definitely recommend!
Love doing business with My Car. Always prompt service, good workmanship and pricing not too bad! William assisted me this morning told me the procedure and booked me in immediately. Kyle took over the afternoon shift, called me when car was ready and organised for me to be picked up at home so that I could collect my car. They genuinely care about their customers and always take the time to check if there’s any issue or follow up needed. Their prices are fair and transparent and communication is always on point. I attended My Car in Baldivis to have a 100K service on a Mazda CX-5 today and the quality of our experience was fantastic, the store manager William was so attentive from the moment I walked in and his knowledge of his field was superb. The pricing was extremely good value and the whole process was clearly explained to us, including what remedial works needed to take place.
