Car service itself was good, but the so-called free 1-year roadside assistance is misleading. When my battery had an issue, they refused to help for the same problem and expected me to know the fine print. Even after speaking with the manager, no help was offered. Very frustrating and not what you’d expect from a service that advertises ‘free assistance.
Changing a previous 5 star review. First 2 times, the boys did a great job of mounting new tyres and made sure the car drove perfectly. 5 star service Recently had 2 new tyres fitted after a puncture and asked to get a wheel alignment done, after getting the car back, it drove very different to before. Speaking with them, they would not provide any before-after specs of the wheel alignment and identifies a suspension issue that was not there previously.
