Very dissapointed. They ordered for me new car baterry on Friday,and I was told it will be ready on Monday...No calls from them...After my call they promise for next day...nothing...I went there and again promise for next day and nothing...today is Thursday...No call, no any info from them... What a unprofessionalism!
Purchased a set of Continental Tyres for my X-Trail back in July 2025. In late December I had a puncture while travelling on the M5 at at speed. I took my vehicle back to myCar today for the puncture repair but was told the tyre had to be replaced due to internal damage. The good news was the new tyre ($235) was covered under the myCar warranty and replaced at no cost. Amazing service from the team at mycar Casula. I went in for 4 tyre replacement. Andrew was very helpful with helping me decide which brand tyre best suited my car without breaking the bank even though there were more expensive options.
