My car developed problems and had to be towed overnight to Casula My Car as the nearest garage. Went back in the morning to hand keys over and was met by Greg who took my details and reassured me. I was equally surprised when I received a text in the afternoon to say the car was ready to be picked up. The turnaround time was fast and Greg was top notch. Thank you guys for the great work done. Had a nail in my tyre and needed it changed asap, went in and they told me they didn’t have the exact tyre but a similar one, quoted me a price and time. 20-30 minutes later they said they would do my car even though they said hour and a half. Second time I went in, it was a straightforward change of tyre but then they called me to explain another process, quoted me and asked if I wanted to go ahead and we did. They were upfront about the price, they were quick and they were also very friendly. Would totally recommend them. ... read more
