This is our second time dealing with My Car. The service has not changed. Still number one. They go above and beyond to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. No bickering. Gave us a fair price for our trade in. Tim made the whole purchasing a car process so smooth. Thank you Tim.

The service here is friendly and helpful. When they didn’t have the car I wanted in stock, Maya took note of what I was looking for and kept my contact info. A week later she texted me with the exact car, trim, and colour I was looking for with low kms at a great price. Instead of trying to sell me on a car I don’t love, Maya took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Very much appreciate her help after weeks of searching for the perfect vehicle. Highly recommend!
Update.... still nothing Nathan was an absolute delight to deal with catered to what i needed it was great .. however trying to get management to get back in touch with you is like pulling teeth my deal included a tow package which I bought my car in June 2026 and still trying get someone call me back to do it and I received my vehicle with weather stripping falling apart and a cracked daytime running/ signal light they're also supposed to replace with zero contact and no calls returned
