Had a good experience working with Tim Sen to purchase a new-to-me vehicle at MyCar Richmond. He was amiable during negotiations and I felt he was very invested in my satisfaction as a customer throughout the entire process.
I can’t recommend MyCar enough! Specifically Tim in sales and Zach on the finance side. We were not looking forward to dealing with used car salesmen so we went to Reddit to look for recommendations and found many glowing reviews about Tim at MyCar specifically and figured it was worth a shot. My wife and I bought a 2023 Kia soul from my car recently and the experience was excellent! We dealt with Tim for the sale and he was a class act, he made the whole thing enjoyable.
