I took my car in for a service with Richard yesterday. I appreciated how quickly I could book my car in and how well Richard explained what he was doing and what was needed. I always appreciate a mechanic who will point out future issues and be honest about when they need to fixed. (I needed to get my front brake pads fixed, but the back brake pads are showing wear but don't need to be replaced yet.)
