They don't keep their word. They also wouldn't let me get the car I was interested in checked out by an independent shop.
As a first time car buyer this was a very smooth process. Greg answered all our questions and was very helpful! We got the car we wanted and we are very happy :)

Just made a second purchase from My Car!! Both experiences have been great. Personal friendly service from staff and vehicles well priced. Our sales rep Tim and Tony were both very helpful. We have mentioned our great experience with family and friends and hope they will check out My Car.
Crooks in the auto industry, over charging and lieing. These guys are good at it too. Look at all the fake accounts for the 5 star reviews.. You wont even know they robbed you unless you have experience in the industry yourself. If you come here I suggest you prepare to deal with a problem afterwards. Make sure you take pictures of your car before so you can see the damage they do after a detailing. If you call them out they will say it was like that before they got the car. Can't even argue.
