My car broke down suddenly on a weekend and I got it towed to mycar Blackburn after going around some other mycar center. Peter and the boys at mycar blackburn were very patient, understanding and helpful. The weekend was a busy time for them but they understood the criticality of their customer not having the car and made sure they checked and fixed it over the weekend. Thank you Peter!!!
Excellent service. I got two tyres changed on Saturday. It was done very quickly. They have michelin tyres in stock. I also got wheel alignment too. Thank you, my car box Hill.

This is my personal experience with this branch and I was quite surprised after having read all the positive reviews. I made a booking on Saturday over the phone for Monday. When I turned up, they didn't have a record of my booking and questioned if I had the right branch but still accepted me anyway.
