I recently went there for a service that was meant to include a detailed vehicle inspection report & battery report, both of which i did not receive. When I questioned the store Manager his response was that they were 'saving' on paper. That's great, but I didn't ask for a printed copy, I asked for an email. The people here are absolute legends! Had a flat on a trailer wheel. Guys fixed it for me instantly and got me out of trouble. Legends!
First of all, for the transparency in pricing. Quote was accurate (no surprises at the end unlike some dealerships) and work can be prioritised as to what is critical and what can be postponed. Very open and upfront. But mostly for the high quality of work and timeliness of service.
Had to update this one, been going here years and now you get a free car wash with a logbook service and roadside assistance . Car looks great ! Thanks for the great service not only the best tyre price but free puncture repairs and free rotations you guys are the best.
