Excellent experience at Greensborough MyCar. Booked a service and also needed 4 new tyres. Boy!! What a difference a day can make. My old car is running like a dream. I actually feel safer. Whole experience was efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Very appreciative of their advice.
Tyres are fine, the service was terrible. Made a booking online for 1pm. Arrived at 12:50pm to be happily told it would take about two hours to put 2 tyres on... because they were about to go on lunch break. DON'T TAKE BOOKINGS FOR YOUR LUNCH BREAK I return at 3, expecting a finished job... 40 more minutes, no apologies or explanations.
The team was incredibly accommodating with my booking as the computer booking system had lost my original booking. They were happy to fit me in and did a fantastic job and a very quick turnaround. Would happily recommend these guys, incredibly knowledgeable and great to have upfront pricing to know what you are up against with costs. Will definitely use these guys again. Thanks
I went there for two tyres. He was so keen to push mo out. Not recommend at all.
Adrian helped me out on short notice and got me back on the road within hours. Great service and great guys. Price was excellent
