Second time I’ve come to MyCar Kew - for servicing this time - and more than happy with the service provided ! Car is great and when I left it in the morning I did ask if they could have a check of my faulty mirror and a faulty window switch - came to collect my vehicle after work and everything had been fixed and free of charge. Very grateful to them and definitely recommend. Will come back (but not too often I hope!) :)
The prices are really competitive for the whole package (including the tyre care plan, unbeatable), so you don’t need to waste time scouring the internet or worrying about ordering and fitting tyres yourself. The cost difference isn’t huge enough to justify doing all the steps yourself (buying online, shipping, wrong size ordering insurance, arranging fitment, and getting alignment, plus the pick up delivery, also the follow-up if new tyre punctures..), so it’s much easier to just park your car and have it done locally. I'd like to thank the team for repairing my tyre which had two nail punctures. They were happy not to charge on this occasion which I'm grateful for and in return, they will now receive my custom for annual car servicing. Acts like these restore my faith in humanity.
Absolutely fantastic service! I had a sudden flat tire from a nail. I walked in and they squeezed me in the same day. The team was incredibly friendly and professional. They repaired the puncture quickly and efficiently, all within 15-20 minutes. I highly recommend this place for their honesty, speed, and excellent customer service. A truly five-star experience!
