Absolute rubbish service. I took two vehicles in for a service ( and had another 2 that I was going to bring) and was treated like I was an inconvenience from the moment I arrived. Requested new windscreen wipers—never fitted. No oil change either. Asked for a noise in the engine to be checked—got no report, no explanation. When I followed up, I was told I’d have to rebook just to have it looked at again. Completely dismissive attitude throughout.
