I've been working with Denise & Sarah since Fall 2021. Since I am at the coast of Georgia, I aim for online practice 3 times weekly. I practice in my office during my lunch break. Once bathing suit season hit I could SEE the difference in my body & I finally feel comfortable in a suit. I'm stronger with better posture & my low back pain is minimal. I appreciate the teachers' close eye on us students to ensure proper positioning. Thank you, Denise et al for my Pilates body! Feeling great!

MyBOD's approach to total wellness (mind, body, and spirit) is unmatched! I always feel so accomplished, strong, and aligned after a zoom Pilates session with any of the fabulous instructors! I honestly wish I could give it six stars. I would recommend this to anyone looking to start or further their fitness journey.

Denise and her colleagues are amazing. I have been a virtual client for over a year and never would have believed that I would be in great shape thanks to online Pilates classes.
